We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer tocollaborate with business and technology teams in creating enterprise-levelreporting systems. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintainingTableau dashboards that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.Success in this position requires strong skills in data sourcing, preparation,visualization, and SQL, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in afast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from anaccredited university.
· 3+years of hands-on experience in Tableau, witha primary focus on Tableau development and reporting in recent roles.
· Proven expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server within complex enterpriseenvironments.
· Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying across large, complex datasets.
· Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, use-case analysis, design reviews, and troubleshooting.
· Working knowledge of analytical and visualization best practices to effectively communicate data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and publish Tableau dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy, usability, and performance.
· Prepare and maintain user documentation andpresentation materials, including guides and training decks.
· Collaborate with business and technology teams to define reporting requirements and translate them into visual solutions.
· Provide expert-level consultation and stakeholder support on data visualization and reporting strategies.
PreferredSkills:
· Experience with Python and deploying Tableauplatforms in AWS environments.
· Tableau certifications or a strong dashboardportfolio (e.g., Tableau Public profile), with experience presentinganalytical findings to large audiences.
